A reminder that any pre-used and damaged bicycle, motorcycle fairings or kayaks may be covered under the manufacturers warranty. The customer is responsible for these type of claims. Contact the place where purchased new and gather information first. In some cases it’s cheaper to get it repaired and you dodge lengthly waiting times.

Nelson Carbon Fibre repairs is not responsible for any personal injury that may result in product failure or accident. Cycling is a dangerous sport, and that’s why we love it!

All repairs are done to the highest standard with a goal to get you back in the outdoors doing what you love as quickly as possible. Turnaround is usually 7 – 10 days or quicker if needed.

Some times a graphic needs to be replaced or removed to access the repaired area. Nelson Carbon Fibre Repairs will advise when quoting.

Some repairs may need to be drilled, glued, ground back and sanded to get the desired result. Nelson Carbon Fibre Repairs reserves all rights to do so with the customers best interest in mind and will be explained at the quoting stage.

All repairs are covered by a one year personal guarantee. If the repaired area breaks after reasonable use in one year of the finished repair, Nelson Carbon Fibre Repairs will repair again for materials cost only. This doesn’t cover impact or damage due to significant crashes. Occasionally a bike frame repair needs to be over engineered to suit the riders style.
